How this library works

Every appeal Appealit drafts cites something real. The payer's actual coverage policy, by name and section, checked against the payer's own published document before the drafting engine may reference it. The library is built payer by payer under a verify-don't-trust process. A citation is checked against its primary source before it is admitted, and nothing ships that failed that check.

Below is every payer with policy-level citations in the library today. Open one and you will find the exact policy, the source link, and the date we last checked it, the same information the drafting engine itself works from.

What this shows, and what it does not

This page shows what the engine can cite, not what it will win. A verified citation means the policy exists, says what we say it says, and applies to the facts as argued. It is not a prediction, and it is not a win rate. Appealit does not publish win or overturn rates, because we have not measured them on real filed appeals yet.

A different kind of receipts. Some states now require insurers to publish their own prior-authorization denial and appeal-overturn numbers.
