What you would be working on.
AppealIt drafts health-insurance appeals grounded in each plan's own rules and verifies every citation before a patient signs. That is a hard, high-stakes problem at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and trustworthy AI, and getting it right means real coverage for real people.
Engineering
Build the grounded drafting and verification engine, the patient product, and the rails that keep every citation honest at scale.
Clinical & policy
Map payer policies, pressure-test appeals, and make sure what we ship is accurate, defensible, and genuinely useful.
Patient advocacy
Stand between patients and a confusing system, and turn what we learn back into a better product.
